Missions

- I write specifications and monitor their implementation and verification
What is a product owner?
As Product Owner, I'm in constant contact with customer representatives, and I centralize business knowledge for the development teams. I have to identify levers for action and optimization to create new product ranges. I apply the Agile method to take into account both the practical and theoretical aspects of the projects in question.
I'm more operational in managing imperatives, as well as my team, with the help of the agile facilitator (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Kanban Facilitator, etc.). I ensure product quality and generally focus on short- and medium-term objectives.
Missions
- I design a product by integrating customer expectations
- I share the product vision with the development team
- I prioritize product features
- I draw up technical descriptions (user stories) using a comprehensible approach
What is a Scrum master?
As Scrum Master, I'm the referent of the Agile Scrum methodology. I'm responsible for putting it into practice and ensuring that it runs smoothly on software development projects and digital solutions.
The Scrum method, born in the 90s, defines an approach for managing the production and development of an IT solution. It is part of a group of development methods known as agile: iterative, incremental and adaptive. Scrum organizes the work to be done into Sprints or iterations (dedicated work periods), punctuated by a 4-stage ceremonial.
Missions

- I apply the Scrum method
- I facilitate team progress and events
- I ensure communication with the team, the PO and with management.
- I analyze obstacles and identify solutions
- I write and present progress reports
What is a Digital Transformation Manager?
As Head of Digital Transformation, I support companies in the deployment of their digital projects. I'm a kind of conductor whose role is to define and steer a company's digital strategy in order to support its business (digital presence, customer experience, HR processes, business processes, etc.) and thus increase its performance and sales. The Agile Coach helps team members to familiarize themselves with these new practices, so that they can develop their skills. This will also help improve productivity exponentially, and reinforce the corporate spirit.
As an Agile Coach, I manage a team's human and organizational transformation over a set period of time (from a few weeks to several months).

What is a Change Manager?
The Change Manager profile emerged in the 90s with the boom in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. It developed over the following decade to compensate for the failures of companies that had neglected user support: the success of an IT project depends on buy-in.
As a change manager, my mission is to support companies' strategic evolutions by working on project ownership, planning, organization, management and integration. Above all, change management requires human skills (communication, human resources and organization) and the ability to make proposals.
Missions
- I analyze the customer's needs and expectations in terms of evolution

- I define objectives and a long-term development strategy

What is an AMOA Consultant?
Digital project management is very different from the "traditional" version. The projects undertaken are strategic, as they involve changing the structure of organizations. This era demands rapid adaptation to digital changes.
I accompany, explain, recommend and propose ideas that correspond to his needs. I'm obliged to guide him towards the ideal outcome for his company (size, services offered, number of employees), taking into account market requirements.
The customer's desired outcome may be the creation of a website, or the development of a software program or application. To manage these projects effectively, an AMOA consultant, whether new or experienced, will have to call on new tools that will permanently alter the way we exchange, share information, communicate and work together.
Missions

- I identify the company's strengths and areas for improvement
- I define objectives and a long-term development strategy
- I advise on the implementation of changes in the various departments and establish a step-by-step follow-up.

Missions
- I analyze functional and technical requirements

Depending on my experience in application development, I may specialize in Frontend web development (I focus on application design, responsiveness, ergonomics and compatibility on different devices and browsers) or Backend (I focus on application logic, robustness, security and data availability and consistency). What is a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager?
Like the QA tester, the QA engineer, for Quality Assurance, has to test software products and services as part of their development.
As a QA Engineer, I also have to check the quality of the code written by the developers. In this way, I make sure that it works as intended and helps to guarantee security.
To this end, I can create and implement automated testing tools, which complement the work of the QA testers, in order to detect code errors in addition to functional anomalies.
For each solution, I have to check the ins and outs, and draw up the test schedule. I produce reports with test results, diagnosis and solutions to be implemented.
Missions
- I set up test campaigns (Integration, Validation, Non-regression)
- I design test plans
- I automate test scenarios (using scripting languages such as Shell or Bash).
- I produce precise reports to describe the problems encountered
What is a DEVOPS engineer?
As a DevOps engineer, I act as a bridge between the developer and the system administrator. As an expert in DevOps methodology, my role is to put in place a set of best practices, tools and automated deployment processes to optimize the application development cycle and minimize regression problems and malfunctions linked to application evolution.
Today, with Agile development methods, and in particular with the DevOps approach and the CI/CD principle (Continuous Integration, Continuous Development), we proceed differently. We deliver code in batches, put it into production quickly, come back to what's been delivered by injecting evolutions, and progress in small steps. Development cycles are much shorter, even down to one day in some projects. Production cycles have to keep up with this pace without compromising quality.
My role effectively connects these two cycles, bridging the gap between the actions required to quickly modify an application and the tasks to be carried out to ensure its reliability, thus considerably reducing the complexity of the deployment process.
Missions
- I organize the regular deployment of applications
- I monitor platforms, alerts and possible incidents on the various environments.
- I shift testing to the "earliest" stage of the development cycle;
- I test in an environment similar to the production environment

- I supervise network construction
- I carry out technology watch
What is an Office365 Expert?

What is an IT Security Consultant?
As a computer security engineer, I'm in charge of ensuring the security of a company's computer networks.
My role is to detect vulnerabilities, limit the risk of intrusions using a range of solutions (antivirus, network firewall, VPN, load balancing, cryptology, etc.) and support my company or customer in its IT investment choices (both software and hardware). Given the stakes involved in cybersecurity for companies, and the evolution of types of attack in recent years (ransomware, supply chain attacks, phishing, etc.), technology watch is crucial throughout my career. This position is therefore ideal for people with a passion for new technologies and a meticulous approach.
Missions
- I assess the level of vulnerability of the company's information systems and propose appropriate security procedures.
