We are proud to announce that Darest has been awarded this year's prestigious Responsible Digital Label. This certification marks an important milestone in our commitment to promoting technologies that not only improve productivity, but also bring overall benefits to the company and society.

Partnerships in 2024
In 2024, we reached a significant milestone with our merger with Asendit. This collaboration strengthens our ability to offer genuine 360° added value to our customers. The business world demands experts, and offering a complete, adaptable solution requires trusted, long-term partnerships focused on our customers' specific needs.
In the field of customized digital tool development and digitalization expertise, our sister company Asendit works closely with our customers to define their needs and meet them with innovative IT solutions. In addition, we draw on strong partnerships with leading IT manufacturers and solution providers, as well as cybersecurity and legal experts, to support solution implementations.
These collaborations and partnerships are recognition of our efforts and commitment. Thank you to all our customers and partners for their trust. We are determined to continue on this path in 2025.
Horizon 2025
Hardware and software trading
In 2025, we expect to see a surge in the number of workstations equipped with the new AI-enabled NPUs. These innovations will dramatically improve the performance of AI applications, offering our customers faster, more efficient solutions for their computing needs.
In addition, we will be expanding our offering to include solutions for partial or total migration to the cloud. This will include a full range of solutions, from innovative on-premise solutions to hybrid and full cloud solutions, enabling our customers to choose the option best suited to their needs and IT strategy.
IT solutions (outsourcing, projects, etc.)
In the coming year, we will be focusing on the latest risk monitoring technologies for our customers' infrastructure. Our aim is to ensure that their IT assets remain a productivity tool, not a source of concern. We will continue to invest in cutting-edge solutions to ensure the security and reliability of our customers' IT systems.
IT staff delegation
In terms of staff delegation, we are pioneers with our project to automate part of the service desk activity using the DIAGO solution. In 2025, we will continue to develop and improve this solution to offer our customers even more efficient and responsive services.
Digitalization and AI
For 2025, we will strengthen our digitalization and AI offering by increasingly combining functional analysis with expertise in the most innovative and secure solutions for our customers. We aim to maximize the productivity gains offered by digital tools and artificial intelligence, while guaranteeing the safety and reliability of the solutions we offer.
