I'm delighted to be joining the Darest Informatic teams to help companies with their digital transformation and business process optimization.
My career path: from digital strategy to process optimization
With over 15 years' experience in digital transformation and operational management, I have evolved in fast-changing environments, where innovation and the adoption of new technologies were at the heart of the challenges. At a leading online retailer, I managed strategic projects combining digitalization, organization of international teams and integration of innovative tools, always with a focus on the user and operational efficiency.
Over the course of these experiences, I have developed expertise in change management, functional analysis and process optimization, skills that are essential to guarantee the success of corporate digital projects.
My vision of digital transformation
Digital transformation is not just a question of tools: it is above all based on a strategic vision, a clear understanding of business challenges and appropriate support for teams. A successful digital project is one that brings tangible value to users, simplifying their daily lives and improving the organization's overall performance.
My role within the organization
As part of my responsibilities, I'll be helping our customers to align their business needs with the digital solutions we implement. A key focus of my work will be the functional analysis of Yeetch, our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), to ensure that our solution precisely meets the expectations of companies and their HR teams.
- Understand customer needs and identify areas for optimization of their HR processes
- Bridge the gap between user expectations and the development team to ensure effective implementation
- Promote adoption and commitment to the solution, by supporting change and highlighting tangible benefits
With this approach, my aim is to make Yeetch a powerful lever for HR optimization and organizational performance, ensuring a smooth transition to digital for our customers.
